Trade Order Processing — From Enquiry to Despatch

A trade order at Win Auto Parts moves through five steps: you send a parts list, we return per-line trade pricing, you approve it, a proforma invoice is issued, and the goods are collected or delivered. There is no online shopping cart — trade pricing is confirmed per line before you commit.

Step 1 — Send your parts list — အဆင့် ၁ — ပစ္စည်းစာရင်း ပေးပို့ပါ

Send the part numbers by phone, WhatsApp or Viber on 09 510 5768, or by email to support@winautoparts.com. You can also build a list from the catalogue at winautoparts.com and request a quote.

If you do not have part numbers, send the vehicle make, model, year and engine type instead. For a bearing, the designation stamped on the old part is enough. For a belt, count the ribs.

Part number မရှိပါက ကား Brand၊ Model၊ ခုနှစ်နှင့် Engine အမျိုးအစားကို ပေးပို့ပါ။

Step 2 — Receive trade pricing — အဆင့် ၂ — စျေးနှုန်း ရရှိမည်

Our trade desk confirms per-line trade pricing, stock availability and lead time within 3 business days. Prices are quoted in Myanmar Kyat and are inclusive of applicable tax.

လုပ်ငန်းရက် ၃ ရက်အတွင်း စျေးနှုန်း၊ လက်ကျန်နှင့် ရက်အတိအကျ အကြောင်းပြန်ပါမည်။ စျေးနှုန်းများသည် မြန်မာကျပ်ဖြင့် ဖြစ်ပြီး အခွန် အပါအဝင် ဖြစ်သည်။

Step 3 — Approve and receive a proforma invoice — အဆင့် ၃ — အတည်ပြု၍ Proforma Invoice ရယူပါ

Once you approve the quoted lines, a proforma invoice is issued. Keep it — you will need a copy to collect goods from the warehouse, and it is the reference for any later claim.

Step 4 — Pay — အဆင့် ၄ — ပေးချေပါ

Bank transfer is the most common method for trade accounts. Mobile wallets are accepted, and cash is accepted on collection. Pre-approved trade accounts may settle on Net 30 invoice terms. The accepted methods and how to confirm each one are set out in the payment article linked below.

Step 5 — Collect or take delivery — အဆင့် ၅ — ကောက်ယူ သို့မဟုတ် ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်း

Warehouse pick-up — available the same day when the order is confirmed before 3:00 PM. Bring a copy of the proforma invoice.
Yangon delivery — to Yangon townships, typically 1 to 2 business days. A delivery charge applies.
Upcountry — by city bus or courier service to all major Myanmar cities. Freight is payable by the buyer.

Win Auto Parts operates two distribution centres — South Dagon, (172/173/174) Mawlamyine Street, Industrial Zone 1, open Monday to Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; and Thakaytha Industry Zone, open Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
