Payment Procedures for Trade Accounts

လက်ကားအကောင့်များအတွက် ပေးချေမှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်

Win Auto Parts accepts bank transfer, mobile wallet and cash on collection from trade customers, and pre-approved accounts may settle on Net 30 invoice terms. This article sets out each method, how to confirm a payment so your order is released without delay, and what the invoice covers.

ဘဏ်လွှဲ၊ Mobile wallet နှင့် ကောက်ယူချိန် ငွေသား လက်ခံပါသည်။ ခွင့်ပြုထားသော အကောင့်များအတွက် Net 30 ရှိပါသည်။

Bank transfer — the usual method — ဘဏ်လွှဲ — အသုံးအများဆုံး

Transfer from KBZ, AYA or any MPU bank. This is the most common method for trade orders. Send the transfer slip to the trade desk on 09 510 5768 by WhatsApp or Viber so the payment can be matched to your proforma invoice — an unmatched transfer will hold your order.

Mobile wallet — Mobile wallet

KBZPay and Wave Pay are accepted. Confirm the transfer via Viber to the trade desk, quoting your proforma invoice number.

KBZPay နှင့် Wave Pay လက်ခံပါသည်။ Viber ဖြင့် အတည်ပြုပါ။

Cash — ငွေသား

For trade orders cash is accepted on collection only, at either distribution centre. Cash on delivery is not offered on trade orders.

လက်ကား အော်ဒါများအတွက် ငွေသားကို ကောက်ယူချိန်တွင်သာ လက်ခံပါသည်။ ပို့ဆောင်ချိန် ငွေသား မလက်ခံပါ။

Net 30 invoice terms — Net 30 စည်းကမ်း

Net 30 is available to pre-approved trade accounts only. Eligibility depends on trading history. Contact the trade desk on 09 510 5768 to ask about opening a credit account — approval is not automatic and is decided case by case.

Net 30 သည် ခွင့်ပြုထားသော အကောင့်များအတွက်သာ ဖြစ်သည်။ ကုန်သွယ်မှု မှတ်တမ်းအပေါ် မူတည်သည်။ အလိုအလျောက် ခွင့်ပြုခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ။

What the price includes — စျေးနှုန်းတွင် ပါဝင်သည်များ

Prices are quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).
Quoted prices are inclusive of applicable tax, and a tax invoice is issued.
Delivery charges are separate — Yangon delivery carries a charge, and upcountry freight is payable by the buyer.

စျေးနှုန်းများသည် မြန်မာကျပ်ဖြင့် ဖြစ်ပြီး အခွန် အပါအဝင် ဖြစ်သည်။ ပို့ဆောင်ခ သီးသန့် ဖြစ်သည်။

Keep your invoice — ငွေဖြတ်ပိုင်း သိမ်းထားပါ

Keep the proforma invoice and the tax invoice. Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange claim, and a claim cannot be processed without it.
