Can I use two promotions on the same order?
No. One promotion applies per order unless our team confirms otherwise in writing on the quotation. If your order qualifies for more than one, tell us before the invoice is raised and we will apply the one that gives you the better result.
Does the bundle offer apply if I buy only the front axle set?
No. The bundle saving exists because the full axle pair is ordered together on a single invoice. A front-only or rear-only order is charged at the normal rate. If you intend to fit both axles but want to pay in two stages, say so when ordering — we can hold the order rather than split the invoice.
What happens if stock runs out part-way through my order?
We confirm availability at Step 3, before payment. If stock changes after confirmation we contact you with the options: wait for the incoming shipment, take the equivalent set from the other WBC line if it fits your vehicle, or cancel the outstanding portion. A promotion is not lost because of our stock movement, but it cannot be held open indefinitely.
Can the workshop welcome discount be added after I have ordered?
No. The workshop account must be registered and approved before the first order is placed, because the discount is applied at the invoice stage. Once the invoice is issued it cannot be reopened to add a discount.
Do promotional purchases still carry the normal defect cover?
Yes. A discounted set is covered exactly as a full-price set is, and is assessed the same way. See the WBC Brake Pads Quality Assurance article for how a claim is raised.
Can I return a promotional purchase?
Promotional purchases follow the standard Win Auto Parts returns and exchange policy. Where a bundle is returned in part, the bundle saving no longer applies and the remaining set is re-priced at the normal rate for that quantity.
Do the prices on winautoparts.com already include the promotion?
Not necessarily. Website pricing and promotional pricing are confirmed separately. The final figure is the one on your invoice, confirmed at the time the order is placed.
