Who We Are: Win Auto Parts Co., Ltd. — automotive parts importer and distributor operating since 2010, headquartered at Industrial Zone 1, South Dagon Township, Yangon, Myanmar.
Coverage: This cover applies to WBC brake pads purchased directly from Win Auto Parts Co., Ltd. or through authorized Win Auto Parts dealer channels with valid purchase receipt.

Friction Material
- Specification: SAE J866 & FMSI standards
- What It Means for You: Friction coefficient tested and certified to match OEM specifications for each vehicle application
Heat Resistance
- Specification: Thermal stability up to 400°C (SM) / 350°C (C)
- What It Means for You: Tested under simulated heavy braking cycles without fade, delamination, or compound failure
Shear Strength
- Specification: SAEJ840 shear bond test
- What It Means for You: Backing plate-to-friction compound bond meets industry minimum shear strength requirements
Noise & Vibration
- Specification: NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) tested
- What It Means for You: Both WBC Brake Pad and New WBC Brake Pad are NVH tested; anti-squeal shim included in every set — fitted between pad backing plate and caliper piston to reduce noise and vibration
Dimensional Accuracy
- Specification: ±0.2mm tolerance
- What It Means for You: All WBC pads machined to OEM fitment tolerances for proper caliper and bracket clearance
Packaging & Storage
- Specification: Individually sealed per axle set
- What It Means for You: Moisture-proof sealed packaging; UV-protected. Do not use pads stored in open air or exposed to prolonged moisture

- Notes: Pad separating from backing plate, uneven compound distribution from manufacturing, hardware defects in new product
Material Failure
- Coverage: Covered ✔
- Notes: Premature compound cracking or delamination not caused by misuse; abnormal thermal failure under normal braking conditions
Incorrect Product Supplied
- Coverage: Covered ✔
- Notes: Win Auto Parts supplied wrong D-code for confirmed vehicle; mismatch between confirmed order and delivered product
Normal Wear
- Coverage: Not Covered ✘
- Notes: Brake pads are wear items. Gradual reduction in thickness from normal use is expected and not a defect
Misuse / Improper Installation
- Coverage: Not Covered ✘
- Notes: Damage from wrong fitting, mixing pad types on same axle, fitting on incompatible vehicles, overtorqued caliper bolts
No Break-in Performed
- Coverage: Not Covered ✘
- Notes: Glazed pads, squealing, or reduced effectiveness from skipping break-in procedure (see W07)

COVER PERIOD

Cover Period: no fixed cover period. Genuine manufacturing defects are assessed individually with the manufacturer. See the Win Auto Parts Returns and Exchange Policy.
Coverage Start: Keep your invoice or receipt — defect reports cannot be assessed without proof of purchase.
What is Covered: Manufacturing defects, material failure, and incorrect product supplied by Win Auto Parts (see coverage table above)
What is NOT Covered: Normal wear, misuse, improper installation, no break-in, damage from other failed components

HOW TO MAKE A defect claim
အာမခံ တောင်းဆိုနည်း
Step 1 — Prepare Documents: Gather: Original purchase receipt from Win Auto Parts or authorized dealer, WBC product packaging with D-code label, photo or description of the defect
Step 2 — Contact Win Auto Parts: Call 09 5105768 (Mon–Sat, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM) or visit Win Auto Parts Distribution Center. Describe the issue and provide purchase details.
Step 3 — Product Inspection: Bring or send the product (with receipt and packaging) to our team for physical inspection. Win Auto Parts technical staff will assess if defect qualifies as a manufacturing fault.
Step 4 — Resolution: If defect is confirmed: Win Auto Parts will replace the defective WBC pads with the correct equivalent product at no charge. Exchange or refund is at Win Auto Parts’ discretion per case.
Processing Time: Standard defect assessment: 3–5 business days after product received for inspection.

Authorized Channels Only: Cover only applies to products purchased through Win Auto Parts Co., Ltd. directly or Win Auto Parts authorized dealers. Counterfeit or grey-market WBC-labelled products are not covered.
Receipt Required: defect claims without proof of purchase from Win Auto Parts will not be processed. Always keep your purchase receipt.
Consequential Damage: Win Auto Parts is not liable for consequential damages resulting from brake system failure, including vehicle damage, accidents, or injury. WBC defect cover includes product replacement only.
Installation Responsibility: Win Auto Parts does not provide installation services. Customer or their mechanic is responsible for correct installation as per Article W07. Incorrect installation voids defect cover.
Product Availability: Replacement product is subject to stock availability at time of claim. If identical D-code is unavailable, Win Auto Parts will offer the closest equivalent.
