Step 1 — Prepare Documents: Gather: Original purchase receipt from Win Auto Parts or authorized dealer, WBC product packaging with D-code label, photo or description of the defect Step 2 — Contact Win Auto Parts: Call 09 5105768 (Mon–Sat, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM) or visit Win Auto Parts Distribution Center. Describe the issue and provide purchase details. Step 3 — Product Inspection: Bring or send the product (with receipt and packaging) to our team for physical inspection. Win Auto Parts technical staff will assess if defect qualifies as a manufacturing fault. Step 4 — Resolution: If defect is confirmed: Win Auto Parts will replace the defective WBC pads with the correct equivalent product at no charge. Exchange or refund is at Win Auto Parts’ discretion per case.
