Overview
Diesel fuel filters perform a more critical function than petrol fuel filters — they must separate water from diesel as well as filter fine particulates. Water in diesel fuel causes injector corrosion and premature pump failure. The JS DF-Series diesel fuel filters serve ~30 SKUs covering Isuzu, Hino, and Mitsubishi Fuso heavy-duty commercial vehicles most commonly used in Myanmar's logistics, transport, and construction sectors. 1. Why Diesel Fuel Filtration Is Critical
Modern diesel common-rail injection systems operate at extremely high pressure (1,500–2,000 bar). Even microscopic water droplets or particles at these pressures cause catastrophic injector damage — repairs can cost USD 300–1,500 per injector set. A quality diesel filter is cheap insurance.

⚠️ Water Separator Bowl Most heavy diesel vehicles have a water separator bowl below the fuel filter. Drain this bowl every 10,000–15,000 km or when the water warning light activates. Neglecting this causes the separated water to overflow back into the fuel system.
